Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, our team will begin processing your order and arranging delivery.

As sofas are large furniture items, delivery times can vary depending on the sofa you have ordered, stock availability and your delivery location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.

During particularly busy periods, including sales events, bank holidays and seasonal promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Sofa Delivery

We offer delivery across the UK, subject to postcode and product availability.

Because sofas are large and bulky items, delivery is carried out using appropriate furniture delivery services. Your delivery will be arranged once your order is ready, and we will contact you with details of your scheduled delivery.

Please make sure that there is suitable access to your property before placing your order. This includes checking doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts and any other access points to ensure your sofa can be safely delivered into your chosen room.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to you when your order is placed.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, adverse weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery dates.
